Stayed at Fairfield Inn in Seymour IN. Generally have excellent luck with Marriott hotels. Not at this place. Got downgraded room because of “government” contracts aka they could charge more to the taxpayer for upgraded suites than I paid when booked directly through Marriott. Manager was always “off the clock” and avoided answering any questions until we checked out. Emailed main office with concerns and no response. Room had mold and smelled musty. This is a horrible hotel and not worthy of carrying the Marriott name. . I and nobody in my organization will ever stay at another hotel owned by this company.

This company is absolute garbage. They do not follow the policies set forth by Marriott hotels. They also do not return emails. If you have a complaint, it will fall on deaf ears. Worst customer service in the Indianapolis area. Go elsewhere.

teribble customer service. no phone line works. they dont respond to emails. I DO NOT RECOMMEND

I subscribe online, and they gave me a daily overview that I enjoy as I get ready for work. Great pulse on the community.
