Agents were rude and complete waste of my time

1. 열심히 청소했는데 청소비로 $850 공제 당했다. 2. 오래전에는 property manager란 놈이 인스펙션을 빙자하여 수시로 방문하여 사소한 걸로 트집을 잡아 갖가지 이유로 돈을 뜯어 간 경우도 있었다. 3. 수없이 많은 하수구 막힘, 에어컨/히터 고장 수리요청하면 항상 2-4일 뒤에 나타나고, 수리에 일주일이상 걸린적도 여러번 있었다. 여름엔 더워죽고, 겨울엔 추위에 떨었고, 하수구 막혀 샤워도 못하고 화장실사용을 못해 모텔을 간적도 있었다 4. 수도배관에서 녹물이 나오고, 수도꼭지에서 물이 새고, Property management 가 뭔지 모르겠다 이것이 별한개도 아까운 이유이다
