There was a complete lack of timely communication or mutual respect or consideration throughout our experience. Normally when a lease expires if a new one is not offered you go to a month to month arrangement. We had a lease expire and paid the next month and they accepted the payment so we understood that was the new arrangement and that was fine. We were only planning to stay another five months in this location anyway. Then shockingly, we had a knock at our door and were told we had two days to vacate. They said they had sent a non-renewal notice at the beginning of the month but I diligently check my email and mail and had not received anything.
