This review is long overdue on my end. I was a happy tenant with Mesa Properties for 12 years. We planned to buy a house off and on throughout that time, but Mesa made it so easy to keep renting. Our homeowner was exceptional as well. During COVID we didn’t see any rent increases, and the few increases we did have over the years were very reasonable. The customer service from Mesa was consistently solid. Communication was prompt, clear, and accurate.
