The listing agent wasn't even involved. He had someone else assisting the sellers, I'm not even sure this person has a real estate license because he had absolutely no clue what was going. Listing agent Noel only spoke with the sellers to have them sign a document. They also do the escrow part is that another mess escrow agent Lilia neglected to submit necessary documents.both buyer and seller were being lied to about what was going on. These people are predators and do not care about their clients!
