Metropolitan West Goshen

The location of the complex is great. It's nice that you can use the pool of the sister property down the street. That's where the positives end. You have to pay utilities based on how many bedrooms you have, not how many people live there or your actual usage which means a single person is paying just as much as a family that has six people crammed into an apartment. Management is trite and petty. The apartments are extremely outdated, dirty and in need of maintenance. There are gaps in trim and floor and appliances where dirt builds up. There is trash and rotting food throughout the property. This encouraged rats as you can see in the attached videos and picture. Plumbing seal issues caused toilet water flooding throughout my kitchen as you can see in the video. I left the apartment 10 t

I moved in this apartment a month ago and Billie Jean and Sal have made this process so easy! They are very attentive to your needs and are so welcoming! As a college student, I needed a lot of assistance and they both were very patient and helpful at every step. The apartments are quiet, safe and clean. Highly recommend!!

I rented an apartment here for a year and overall I really enjoyed my stay! I found the apartment to be nice and very livable, the area to be generally quiet and peaceful, and the staff to be helpful. I experienced few issues and most were resolved quickly by the office and maintenance staff. I’m very glad that I rented for the year and I would recommend an apartment here. :)
