Metropolitan Title Company flat out LIED to us. We were the sellers in a transaction and the buyers funds were not in from the sell of their home. As we waited at closing on a Friday, we expressed that we were not comfortable turning over the keys to them until our money was wired. Kelly, the person handling the transaction for Metropolitan Title, came back to the room after a couple of hours of waiting and said the wire had been sent and we should receive our funds shortly. Based on that, we gave the buyers the keys. Much to our surprise, as of the following Monday, the wire was NEVER even processed. Kelly further intended to deceive on the next day which was a Saturday by sending our realtor a screenshot of her supposedly inputing the request but the time stamp was for Saturday morning a
