If you are on a condominium board and looking for a new management company, do not use MPM. I am on a condominium board, and we used MPM for over 5 years. For the most part they were adequate with typical issues. But in 2025, the entire staff became completely noncommunicative. We could not get phone calls answered, Rick Tavi (President of MPM) blocked my phone and would not respond. Longtime employees we dealt with were no longer working there. Worse, when we tried to sit down to discuss the situation, they terminated the contract. They did not send letters we requested, did not pay vendors (!), did not answer repair requests—completely ghosted us. Despicable!! Mice and rats in my storage area in the basement. Nothing‘s been done about this. Apparently, my neighbors have issues as well Carriage Park condos 👎🏻 Went downstairs the sixth or seventh one is dead in a trap. Had to call my own exterminator several times and a rodent specialist. No wonder they got a 1.7 star review nothing’s ever done about the situation A disgrace I am moving out and I would never ever be associated with Any condo or any property that they own This should be on the news

Terrible association. Why have rules if no one needs to follow them? Deanna will not take care of an ongoing issue of 5 months now. Impossible to even get ahold of anyone.

If I could give a negative I would, and it seems like a lot of other reviewers share similar thought. In general the communication to and from these guys is extremely poor and lacks details. Unfortunately the work that needs to be done is much below the quality needed too. For eg, we needed our outdoor storage door replaced and that whole process for us took about 4 months!! This is with multiple followups.. One has to push several times to get a response from them. Here is a picture of some of the genius scheduling that these guys do. We are in a condo, so they scheduled a fall clean up, where in they come in and blow the leaves from inside the patio too...but they scheduled a roof cleanup after this.. the very next day!!! The worst service I have EVER encountered. I hope you know that you are being investigated by the State of Michigan at this point. I have tried my best to work with the staff at this establishment. But you have given me no other choice. I have been patient to obtain my proof of wrong doing. I’m glad I gathered my evidence. Good luck moving forward!
