Ryan was an all around good fellow to be around. Extremely knowledgable on every aspect of the inspection. After reviewing the report i was very pleased to find quality photos of concerned areas with an explanation and even videos on what they are. Very professional in appearance, cane prepared with everything needed to complete the task. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a home inspection. This company also has very reasonable rates based off of square footage of the home.

Ryan was an exceptional inspector to answer my urgent call on a Saturday morning for a residential inspection. On an old farmhouse. He went over and beyond the expectations and provided a thorough review with quality images and explanations of areas of concern. Reasonably priced easy to communicate with and professional.
