I contracted Bob to do an inspection on a Manufactured home we were considering purchasing. I cannot say enough good things about his inspection. He was so thorough and detailed. Bob is absolutely amazing and I’m so glad he was the one to inspect my first home. He was incredibly thorough with every detail of the house, inside and out, and made sure to keep me updated along the way and after each room before he’d move on to the next in case I had any questions. I would absolutely recommend Pecar Home Inspections to anyone! Bob is not only a very nice person, but he is EXTREMELY thorough! He performed an in depth inspection of our new house, and after each area of the inspection, he would walk us around and show us his findings, provide his opinion on condition, and help us to understand the condition of the home. He allowed us to watch as he scoped the plumbing and explained findings as he fed the camera through the system. Once complete, he provided a very in depth report including findings, pictures, and recommendations of how to resolve the issue(s). I will definitely use him in the future!
