So at the moment, I am patiently waiting for the outcome. But for now they get 3 stars. Just a lesson to others dealing with the reverse mortgage dept. Make sure you or your family member ensures that if your loan is paid off, you follow up to make sure they file the Satisfaction of Mortgage in the County where your property is located. And that you know when you get a Reverse Mortgage, there are 2 mortgages placed on the home. Both have to be cleared when the property is sold, both Lien releases are needed, 2 Satisfaction of mortgages are needed at pay off. HUD filed theirs and MetLife is not always doing so. The rep I spoke with today was very nice and let me know they did receive the request from my closing company. I will update my review once I have an answer.
