Love, love, love my new home! Waking up to beautiful sunrises and coming home to breathtaking sunsets is more than I could have asked for! Aside from the stellar location, top tier features in my apartment and amenities in the community, there is Christian and Nick. Both gentlemen’s thoughtful attention to ensuring my move in was smooth is unmatched and greatly appreciated! Moving to Messenger Place was one of the best decisions I never knew I needed!

WHAT EVER YOU DO, DO NOT LIVE AT THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX! This is a brand new apartment complex, and I was the first resident in my apartment but I have had several issues. The two pros of the building are the location and the staff, Samuel and Deja are friendly. The construction company responsible for the building did a rushed, unprofessional, and unfinished job. For my apartment itself, I've had several issues that had not been completed upon move in and needed to be done or fixed. The first two issues that I discovered was the fact that one of my bedroom walls was not completely painted and there was a hole in the ceiling of my closet. Messenger Place is amazing. The property manager LaShonda is absolutely a delight to work with. From the time I submitted my application until moving in, she was so hands on and great to work with. The apartments are huge, and the clubroom is so quaint and cozy. If you are looking to move to Manassas this should be the only apartment you chose to live at!

I’ve been here a year now, and I can’t think of a better place for me to have acclimated to a new area. There are bars, restaurants, farmer’s markets, and other cultural activities within easy walking distance. It’s a 4-minute walk to the VRE for me to commute to Arlington. Tiffany is by far the best site manager I’ve ever had. And Ray always does a phenomenal job keeping the place running, whether it is doing routine maintenance, letting me in when I lock myself out, or helping with a step of putting furniture together because you need a second pair of hands. Living here has certainly helped me feel like I’m “home.” Edit: I am at 2 years now and still enjoying it. There has been some management change over, but Ray is still here holding the place together nicely!!!
