Mesa Falls Apartments

We love Mesa Falls so far! We were in a bit of a rush to move and Mckenna made everything super easy. She was also super helpful with the move in process. The management here really cares and they have been great at making sure that everything was good. We had an issue with out fireplace and they had someone over to fix it within 15 minutes. Highly recommend. Update: Luke came by and did some maintenance and was super helpful. I put in the request that morning and he was here fixing our microwave within a couple of hours. Great!

We have toured at every place in Rexburg and lived at 4 other places in the last 2 years. This is hands-down, 100%, the best property we have lived at and it's not even close in comparison! The apartments are good quality, safe, and clean! The amenities are second to none in Rexburg, and there are no hidden fees that jack up your monthly payment! Also, McKenna went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and on time! I have, and will continue to recommend Mesa Falls to anyone and everyone!

Living at Mesa Falls has been a great experience! The grounds are exceptionally clean and well maintained. Maintenance is great and timely. Recently we had a leak behind our shower wall that required a bit of work. During the final touches of the repair, Bridger (one of the awesome maintenance guys) went above and beyond and also replaced 5 light bulbs throughout our apartment. When he was leaving he asked if there was anything else that needed done, we mentioned a problem with the kitchen sink sprayer hose guide, and he was happy to place us in his schedule for the next work day!

The office staff have been so helpful since day one and are still great to work with. Julianna helped us with our move-in and is now assisting us with an apartment transfer as we size up, and she’s been thorough and super helpful throughout the whole process. Maintenance has been just as friendly and helpful. They respond quickly to requests and always leave notes letting us know what was done if we aren’t home. Overall, you can tell the staff care about the residents and the experience here. Anytime we’ve needed help or had an issue, all we’ve had to do is ask and they have happily helped!

We moved to Mesa Falls in 2023 and were there for almost 2 years. We enjoyed the beautiful grounds, and the property's amenities very much (game room, hot tub fitness center and club room) and, as everyone else we've talked to there, enjoyed the safety and security of the neighborhood. We were in the 3 bed, 2 bath unit, which was plenty of space for our ebay business and our work spaces as well. Everything was very clean and they really cared about the details. We loved decorating this apartment for Christmas. We took advantage of our balcony with wonderful views of the Rexburg water tower and hills. We even enjoyed a huge beautiful fireworks show right off our balcony last 4th of July! The maintenance team was amazing, and they always got to me within the hour of putting in a request. Tan
