Merritt Manor Apartments

I have lived here for over 3 years now. When I first moved in the apartments they needed a bit of TLC. After Carlos and new management took over they have started to take care of the rift raft, and the maintaince of the property. Not only do the grounds look better but the kids can play at the park in clean area free of debree. They have made it very family oriented. They work very hard to make sure they take care of any apartment maintenance concerns and all with a job well done. They are all very professional and friendly. It has become a nice place to live .

I was the first person who moved into the apartment unit March 2nd 2020, with my 2 teenagers they are both grown and out of the house now, when it was brand new. I truly believe the owners really want the best for there residents, however I have not always felt that why since living here. In the beginning due to this place being brand new there was a gift basket with several house hold supplies that became useful when I first moved in. I believe what caused many issues that has happened that would make living here unbearable was mainly due to the shut down. Mid March 2020 was when the whole world shut down. Only about 20 people were living here at that time it almost felt like a ghost town for several months. Then there were some things that were lifted so the rest of the units were fille

Lived here about 2 years now and the staff here rocks! Carlos is a rockstar at his job and cares about the tenants. The maintenance staff is on their game and great at what they do. The apartments are comfortable and cozy.

Definitely not safe here. You can see the homeless encampment from the parking lot. I've had random knocks on my window late at night. Random strangers knocking at my door at midnight. (Doesn't help I live on ground floor.) Needless to say, I don't feel safe here.

This place..... is run by a slum lord. The prices are exorbitant considering the living conditions. Multiple shootings, car jacks, loud music at all hours, no actual managing... just stealing money from honest hard working citizens and letting the place run down as fast as it was built.
