Merriman Woods

The apartment has great space however lots of isssues. Pool is green for most of the summer, several leaks in our ceiling over the year we lived there, spots of what appeared to be mold.

It looks like a blight area weeds are over 2 feet tall landscaping needs work parking lot floods has potholes sidewalks need repairs pool is usually mostly green with algae most of last summer it’s been closed the last two years before this year the pool cover still laying out in the pool, maintenance room for the pool door is always open this year and there’s weeds everywhere around the pool my porch floods into my apartment when it rains and I’ve asked several years for it to be fixed and they always post that they are aware of my concerns and will get on top of it but they never do and the rent went up $200 last year sprinkler systems aren’t on this year I don’t know why, roof tiles were flying off this past winter and spring one almost hit me in the head and they had some guy come out

I really enjoyed living at Merriman Woods from 2018-2022! Large, sunny one-bedroom, with new carpets and kitchen countertops when I moved in. Quiet place - only hear neighbors when they are in the hallway. Maintenance very quick to respond to any issues I had. Lovely grounds, which are well-maintained throughout the year.

I have really enjoyed living at Merriman Woods. The apartment is a perfect size (spacious bedroom and closet).with a lot of natural light. There are some maintenance issues (like any apt) but the staff is very friendly and fast! Kayla and Ray go out of their way to help and they feel more like good neighbors than management. They always work with you in any situation and are kind but professional. I am very satisfied!

I am super excited to be a new resident at Merriman Woods apartments! The consultant Danielle was very helpful during the moving process (while COVID-19 cases were on the rise again) and answered any questions I had as a first-time mover. Looking forward to independence and growing personally and professionally in the upcoming year, where an unforgettable experience is all but guaranteed.
