Merrimac Manor Apartments

I have lived in Merrimac Manor for nearly a year. I love the atmosphere. It is safe and quiet. The apartment is nice and roomy and is well maintained. Miss Tina and her staff are always friendly and accommodating. Miss Tina enforces the rules so that we as tenants feel safe, secure and comfortable in our homes. Miss Tina has always been very professional and courteous and I appreciate that coming from an apartment complex that pretty much dismissed every concern you had about security, safety and maintenance. The maintenance men are so polite and friendly whenever you see them and if you have a problem or concern, Miss Tina and her staff are immediately on top of the situation. They are the most helpful, professional and friendly people I have ever encountered in years of apartment living

I have lived at Merrimac Manor for about 5 yrs. Tina is a fabulous property manager. The units are clean, spacious and well maintained. They are quick to address any issue you may have. It is a quiet neighborhood with friendly residents. If you are looking for a safe and quiet place to reside, this checks all the boxes.

I currently live here and have for over a year. I have not had any problems, except a couple minor maintenance issues. But Ms. Tina and her maintenance staff took care of them right away. I do like the fact that they have noise restrictions and also speed bumps and the communication between the office and tenant. If there is something that needs to be done in your resident, like pest control or anything else, they give you plenty of advance notice. I have never had a problem with Ms. Tina or her staff being rude. I made a very good choice in selecting Merrimac Manor to be my place of residence.

I currently live in Merrimac Manor and can't say enough great things about it. It is by far the cleanest, well kept community and the property manager, Ms.Tina is amazing!!!! She is always available and goes above and beyond on a daily basis. I would definitely recommend this complex and am so blessed to live here. 10/10!!

Merrimac Manor was always my first place to want and live in. Spacious apartments in a very safe and quiet neighborhood. Apartments are well maintained and taken care of. Everything you need is close…stores, schools, hospital and restaurants. Property management is fantastic. Check any of the apartments in the area and you’ll always return to Merrimac Manor!
