Customer Reviews
I recently submitted an application to move in and, after 10 days of mental anguish, ultimately gave up on the apartment application. The application fee was $70 per person, so for two people, we paid $140. Even when filling out the form, they demanded excessive personal information, and it wasn’t just a simple credit check—they seemed to be verifying criminal records too, which made the process take way too long. After no contact for days, I finally called on the 9th day, only to be told that my current apartment complex wasn’t responding to multiple contact attempts from the screening company, putting us in a position to be denied. So, I went to my current apartment manager, explained the situation, and had them contact the screening company for Meridian Firs Apartments to request a paym
I have lived here two different times, for a total of 7 years. I have been happy here. The property is beautiful and a little oasis in a busy city. The apartments are nicely laid out, and the patios and decks are bigger than other apartments. The price is on point. Management is responsive, and concerns are addressed quickly and efficiently. There is a dog park for your fur babies. I highly recommend looking at this property for your future home!
I was denied a home because the screening company they used flagged me for a civil case, which is not listed in the criteria to live there. I have no criminal history. I make 5 times the rent. I also provided proof of employment for 14 years which was also not looked at because my previous employer didn't respond. I met all criteria and was still declined. It's unfair and makes no sense. I asked for contact info for the management company and was denied. My individual situation was not even considered. I was really excited to live there as the apartment was perfect for me, amd I'm extremely disappointed with the way i was treated. Don't bother applying here unless you are a perfect specimen, it's a waste of money. Edit regarding your canned response Rental history - 3 years of perfect mo
A single mother, struggling with a health condition that prevents her from climbing stairs, informed her apartment management of her intention to move out a month ago. Despite her situation, the management refused to return her advance payment and instead filed a case against her, affecting her credit score. This management's lack of empathy and concern for their tenants' well-being is alarming. I wish whoever is higher than this management see what’s going on here .
I've been eyeing this apartment complex since last year when my divorce was in full swing. The staff was always friendly, and despite me asking the same questions over and over, remained incredibly patient and helpful. The walkability score for this complex is amazing. Bradley Lake Park is behind the complex, Walmart and several other big stores are right beside it. The South Hill Mall is across the street. Several really good gyms are within walking distance. Living here is a major gas saver for me. The grounds are absolutely beautiful. My apartment, a 3BR/2B deluxe is incredibly spacious for an apartment. So far all of my neighbors have been friendly and kind. The small apartment gym is pretty good. It has enough equipment to satisfy a fair number of workout routines. They even have a
