Mercer Tower Apartments

A building full of Marijuana smell, property manager ignored multiple complaints. Had to leave all doors and windows open during winter nights (daily!!!) to let the smell go away so I can sleep.

Avoid This Property – False Advertising and Unlivable Conditions ***This property is falsely advertised as a luxury rental on Zillow, but the reality is far from it.*** When we moved into our unit, the construction was nowhere near complete. We faced multiple issues, including no hot water, no water pressure, an unfinished bathtub, serious plumbing issues due to outdated pipes, and a bathroom sink without running water. It has now been over four months since we started our lease, and many of these problems remain unresolved. Despite repeated requests, the management has failed to address these issues, which not only violate rental laws but also basic standards for livability.
