I’m giving a one-star review only because there’s only one visitor parking spot on the premises. For more parking, you can park for free across the street at the Mercer Island Park & Ride.
Old apartments with zero amenities. Too close to the freeway. Very very noisy any time of the day especially apartments facing the freeway / park and ride. Serious drainage and mold issues. Laundry room machines are down most of the time. Packages get stolen / opened by residents. You’ve been warned. Stay away.
