These house are amazing for the price and quality. Impression homes gave us a great appliance package with a great deal on the house. Regan was very helpful explaining the packages and amenities in the neighborhood that are being built. Also Noah with the builders took care of any problems we had with the house and answered any questions we had about the house and warranties that they covered. We highly recommend these guys!

Do not buy from this homebuilder, run at all costs. Be careful before you are pressured by Reagan into signing a contract and giving out $5000 for earnest money, because you won’t get it back. Her boss Ross is no help and does not care about the customer. We were pressured into signing a contract with Reagan 2 weeks ago and it wasn’t fully even executed yet, no design center yet, no construction meeting, and we had to back out because of a job related issue and she could care less and her boss Ross could care less and was no help in trying to return our $5000 earnest money to us, they wouldn’t even offer to return half of it. Reagan was so eager to get the $5000 that day that once we signed the contract she said “well it’s too late now, you’ve already given me $5000. Run at all costs
