We just purchased a home in Clearview Ranch. The process was smooth and we appreciated the help we got from Alex Fambrough from Imagination Homes. They have a good process in place to get you the information needed to set up utilities and services. Blake Reames the builder was also very good at going through the property details and was super responsive to any questions and concerns. The team was responsive to a few changes we asked for. We are looking forward to watching the neighborhood develop.

I went to a broker open at imagination Homes in Royse City, Tx. Alex, the new home Adminstrator showed me the 1850 sf homes up to 2800 sf.. No MUD. Great quiet Family friendly community .
