I have watched the homes being built. None of the 'short cuts' were taken (that I've seen in other developments) nice sized lots, features my clients love... lots of kitchen cabinets! And the open space and pond are fabulous. Even my Rep Janice Salvey takes the time to make sure my clients know of the features, upgrades and options available!

Taft Homes in Mercer Meadows, located in Royse City, is a fantastic community. Taft Homes provide a lot of amenities that other builders do not offer. The tall ceilings, windows, and open living spaces are great. The built in shelving unit, in some of the closets, is also a plus. This builder will actually do a build from scratch which is very refreshing from the normal tract home builders in the area. If you are looking for a quality home, I would highly recommend you come see Janice at Taft Homes. She is very knowledgeable and a wonderful person to work with!!!

We checked out all of the builders in Mercer Meadows, but Taft Homes had the floor plans we liked the most, their quality appeared top notch, and the sales rep, Janice Salvey, was so helpful and knowledgeable! Plus, with Taft Homes recent price improvement, it felt like a win/win! We are very much looking forward to building a Taft Home in this sweet little community development!
