Love this place! The staff are super friendly and always willing to help! They will go above and beyond to make sure every resident is happy and the work is done right! The views and vibes are just right🙏💪💪💯💯

Went to look at B2. Very nice for someone starting out. Definitely in the future. Destinee was very sweet and answered all our questions. I’m very thankful. Hoping to have my family live there. Be close and not have to worry. I have to say thank you for my mom taking me to go see them. I love it. :)

Loved Destinee. She was so happy to help me. Very informative and loved that these apartments are so quiet. Very secure and the apartments are affordable and very large for the price. I am considering living there myself and buying a private. Not much more money that I'm spending 💰 now.

My husband and I went to tour the community and we were pleasantly surprised with how friendly the staff were and how nice the apartments and property are. The amenities are endless. The units themselves were huge, providing more than enough space for students or even families to live in. Even though we aren’t in the market for a new place, we are always keeping our eyes open for friends and family that are looking to head this way. Highly recommend!

I’ve had a great experience with Merced Station. It feels like a safe, comfortable place—especially important for a mom trusting her daughter to live on her own. The community is welcoming, and I really appreciate the market they host with local vendors; it adds such a fun, lively touch and shows that management truly cares about creating a positive environment. Overall, I’m very happy with the experience and feel confident having my daughter here.
