Unfortunately, we cannot leave a positive review for Melrose. We have closed on two houses with them about four years apart. We have closed on over 30 other houses with various other title companies. We have never had any issues with the others, but with Melrose, both closings were extremely delayed ( by weeks). Although the receptionist was always friendly and helpful, Dylan (our assigned agent) had very poor communication. He didn't usually return phone calls or emails, but if we left messages with the receptionist asking her to have him call, sometimes he would. A couple of times he would say whatever document we were waiting for was not there, but then would quickly call back and say, " Oh, it just arrived".
