Media Towers

Media towers??? More like "Ghetto Towers". Reported this leak coming from the central AC unit over 48hrs ago to their "Emergency Hotline". I was unable to leave a voice-mail because it is clearly full. However, I submitted an online form sameday, and here we are close to 3 days later with no fix. The leak is still going, and we have stopped using the AC since Friday. This clearly shows that the water drip is collected from all other units, and it is falling into our unit. The ceiling tile fell off and this could have easily fallen on someone. We are getting record heat waves here in LA, and it is ridiculous that this maintenance case is unimportant for management. I am very disappointed that we are paying high rent for this type of garbage of management and service. Nothing gets done here,

Seems like a lovely building with decent units and a lovely staff (shout out to Joyce, who is a damn rock star). Rent goes up when you do a short term lease which is only thing that's stopping me from applying yesterday.

I’ve lived at Media Towers since 2015. The staff have consistently made it a nice place to live - everyone is friendly and accommodating. The building is safe, secure & clean. Luis & everyone in the office have been great through the years. The community manager, Trinity, is the best. It’s always a pleasure speaking with her. If you’re looking for a great place to call home…that’s Media Towers.

Norberto always does a fantastic job whenever we place a work order. He shows up same day and always explains the problem and solution to us. He works very quickly, is super mindful and kind and considerate to our home and our dog, Sharona. I feel very comfortable with his expertise and his presence in the apartment even when we're not home. Five stars!

Been living at Media Towers for almost a year. We moved from NYC to LA and have loved it. Great location with easy access to the majority LA has to offer. They seem to really care about the building. The maintenance staff is very good and will address any issues in a timely manner. Kathleen is an approachable and assertive manager and will always do her best to address any concerns. Very happy with our decision to live here!
