We had a great move in experience with Bailey Anderson the end of October. She was quick to answer our questions, show us around, help in anyway we needed. Since moving in we have placed a few maintenance requests which have been fixed within a few days and the maintenance man is extremely nice and easy to work with also. So far our building and unit is quiet, even outside to walk out dog we see tons of deer running around the buildings. We have been happy and would definitely say it's much better than another well known property management company in Warrensburg.

I lived here for a year and these apartments are a mixed bag leaning more towards negative. I found the on-staff maintenance guy to be helpful and friendly when you asked for help from him. Also for the most part the apartments aren't bad for being as old as they are with a facelift. However, I have some general complaints. First, for the money this place is not really worth it. Like I said they are old apartments so the walls and floors are pretty thin. I could hear the guy above me walking around which is kind of annoying when you could hear his floors groaning wherever he walked and he wasn't purposefully being loud. I get shared walls/ceilings/floors are a normal part of apartment living but when you can get a newer duplex in this town for cheaper I think it does become a complaint. Al

Had water coming out of the outlets and around the sliding glass door. Had to move to an apartment across the hall at our own cost. The apartment we moved to was filthy. When we did move out they charged us for the carpet cleaning from the water damage. The apartment was spotless but the complex kept leaving the door unlocked and potential renters kept going in without someone from the complex. We had to go lock the door to keep people out of the apartment. The pictures are of the water coming in the apartment and the dog pee stains on the carpet of the apartment we had to move to. Lived there 2 summers and the pool was finally opened up the last couple weeks of August. No one will ever answer the phone or meet you there when promised. Would not recommend renting from them.

I’ve had an extremely frustrating experience with both the property manager and the leasing company. They are nearly impossible to get ahold of — calls and emails go unanswered for days or even weeks. Since moving out almost two months ago, I still haven’t received my security deposit, nor has anyone been able to give me a straight answer about its status. For two summers in a row, residents waited months for the pool to open, despite it being advertised as a main amenity. The lack of communication and accountability has been a constant issue. The property manager seems completely disconnected from what’s happening on-site. In one instance, my locks were changed two weeks before my move-out date — without notice. Thankfully, the maintenance guy (who is great, by the way) helped me get bac

The property manager said that the pool would be open by now, which it has not. We are paying for this amenity and deserve a reimbursement. The property manager said I wouldn't need a reimbursement because the pool will open. It's mid July... One of the main reasons I moved here was because of the pool. It's extremely frustrating because Margo and her assistant don't make the time to get the pool open. The lack of effort is obvious. Since Margo has too many doors to manage she has been neglectful to her residents. I do not recommend living here.
