Diamond Club Apartments

Hello! I’ve never had really any issues while living here in the past two years. Allison and Justine are super great and so is Andrew the maintenance man and Josh. When I put in a maintenance order it’s done within 24 hours whether it’s an emergency or not, I love the community I would like for the pool to stay open longer and a playground of some sort, but that’s just me. I also appreciate Allison and Justine for how accommodating they are. When I first moved in, I needed a bottom floor because of my kids and I’m still on a bottom floor as we speak. Truly, a 10 out of 10 place to live

Great, friendly office staff. Maintenance is also very friendly, personal and prompt. Community is nice and very pet friendly. Apartments are clean and the pool is great when open during the season. Full gym with updated equipment, community office/study center. Ground are well maintained and clean. Great place for families, students and those looking to save money via co-op living. Come on over, check out the place and meet Bentley. He's the bestest dog ever!

Good place to live, office and maintenance staff is very nice and easy to contact. Ive worked with Alison for several years now and she can answer any and all questions you have. The rent is decent price considering everything you get. Would highly recommend to anyone

These apartments have beautiful amenities from the hot tub jacuzzi to the nice and clean gym area to the pool table and movie room as well. The property manager Ms Allison does a fantastic job at answering and helping me with any questions I have regarding my lease and apartment. The maintenance does an impeccable job in completing the work orders submitted in a timely and professional manner. I highly recommend Diamond Club apartments in Warrensburg MO 10/10!
