Jerry Shreve lacks integrity and should not be the president of Bryson Lakes HOA as he is not a member of the community itself. Beyond disappointed in how he handled my concerns of the landscaping company damaging my personal property. This was his final response to my property being damaged and we pay for landscaping every month as a part of our HOA. Under no circumstances should my personal property ever be damaged.

I am a huge fan of Action Realty! I've known the broker and the operations manager for at least a few years now and have worked with them many times over the phone and in person on at least 10 occasions. Every time we meet or talk, they go above and beyond to help in any way they can, are super generous with their time and always insightful about what's going on in the local real estate market. I am thankful to have met the team at Action Realty and looking forward to working with them for many years to come. Thanks again Action for all you do!

My fiance and I went to Action Realty because we were interested in buying our first home for our large family. Ken Harding met us on the way in and it was a life changing experience for us. Right from the beginning he was pleasant and extremely helpful. We mentioned some houses we were looking at and he gave us his honest opinion on all of them. Once we decided on homes Ken promptly made appointments so we could tour the homes. It was a long and at times heartbreaking process, but Ken was right there to help us through at every turn. We absolutely loved action realty. We specifically used Ken Harding. We bought our house a little more than a year ago and our experience even to this day has been nothing but amazing. My wife and I both have very busy schedules so we would often need odd hours to view houses and Ken always made sure to get us in whenever worked for us, even on weekends a few times. My wife still reaches out to him now with questions about house values and improvements etc and he’s always happy to answer our questions. We were on a crunch to close our house due to our previous contract and Ken and action realty made it all work for us. We will definitely use them again in the future and always recommend them to our friends and family! Keep up the great work!

Ken with Action Realty was extremely helpful in our search for our home. He went above and beyond to help us pick out the perfect house for us while we were still living in another state, FaceTiming is to view multiple potential homes. He always stayed in contact and even sent a huge list of potential houses to look over before picking ones we’d like to view. By the time we got to MO, most of the paperwork was done and we had our house a few days later. I can’t say better things about this company. We would definitely seek their help again.
