Meadow Walk Apartments

I was living in this property for 5 year when moved out they took almost all my deposit for damage that belongs to the normal wearing of the appliances some scratchs but in five year never they paint the apartment for example. The service is ok just be careful if you rent here take pictures to everything before moving don't trust just in paper.

If you want quiet and tranquility don’t come live here. There’s constant noise coming from everywhere. Some cars drag race late at night and no cops in sight. The city lets organizations have loud events that go on either early in the morning or late at night when people are trying to sleep. Also, the lawn care guys come super early in the morning waking people up; it’s truly annoying. The apartment’s & appliances are very old and they do not replace it; don’t be fooled by the photos online that’s not how the apts actually look. The rent price goes up $100 or more every year, and the place is falling apart- a total disaster. The bathrooms have mold and there’s cracks everywhere. The laundry room washers & dryers are very old and not enough to accommodate all the residents. You have to go t

My husband and I are very grateful to the Lord since we moved to Meadow Walk, the office staff Juan, Patricia, the Manager & Teri they're all so helpful professional and kind Juan helped us every step of the way thank you all so much they make you feel like family here we love our small but spacious apartment that has so much light coming in and the community too because it feels safe even at night to go for walks thank you God we feel humbled & happy for being able to call Meadow Walk our new home 🏡🙏👍❣️

It all started with Terri, then Dani, Juan, Patricia, Jesus... The professionalism and warmth of these wonderful people has truly made a significant impact on how I view leasing office personnel. I have experienced nothing short of an amazing above and beyond attitude from them. I have called in a few maintenance service requests in the ten months that I have been a resident at Meadow Walk, and all *without exception* have been handled in a timely, caring, thorough, and headache-free manner. I have been a resident of Meadow Walk Apartments in Miami Lakes for 5 years and I could not be happier! The leasing office staff is always available to take my calls/emails if I need something; the maintenance team is amazing and fixes things quickly and does whatever I need. My building was recently painted and looks brand new and beautiful!! The manager was in touch with us every step of the way with what was happening and letting me know when to take in my belongings to they would not get paint on it. I feel that there is excellent communication both through text and email and I am always up to date on everything happening in my building. I recently signed my lease to extend my time at Meadow Walk. I live, work and have grown up in Miami Lakes and I plan on continuing to enjoy livi
