This business ARCOVIA PROPERTIES, INC has discriminated our family and refused to your our daughter. We are disgusted by Morgan and Sheri as they had misled us and literally and she stated " typically don't move in blacks due to quite area". Needs to be further investigated

My elderly mother moved in here in June 2022 and it was FABULOUS. Nice, clean apartments, plenty of room and quick service when she needed management or maintenance. It's a very safe area so I felt good about her living there. Anytime I needed Morgan ( Apartment manager) I could quickly get her on the phone or get a quick response. My mother is very happy there. 😁

I lived in this complex for around 8 years and it's always been a good experience. The rent stays well below the competition and there's no issues with bugs or any other issues at all worth mentioning. It's very simply a nice and consistent place to live. No bells and whistles. Never had any issues with management and they've always been very helpful. The only thing I wish I could change is to have a back porch on the apartments that don't have them.

Today I signed a lease for a townhome here at Meadow Trace. I was lucky to work with Morgan who is absolutely incredible! She’s personable, professional, and a joy to be around. I’m so excited to be here and call it home. I can tell I’ll be happy here. Thank you Morgan!!!

Awful place to live.. in any property they own... Jump up rent ever year... won't fix electric in or around property ...bills jump up making it unaffordable to live... "took over 3yrs for a response from owner" i was a resident. I still got the pics as proof how bad it was. Still in legal time to sue. Best to leave it alone.
