Living at this apartment complex has been nothing short of a nightmare. First off, they grossly overcharge for rent, especially considering the poor condition of the property. You're paying top dollar for broken appliances, leaking pipes, and outdated units that clearly haven’t seen a proper upgrade or inspection in years. Maintenance is practically non-existent. You can put in multiple requests and wait weeks with no response—if they ever respond at all. And when they do finally send someone, the work is rushed and half-done, if not completely ignored. Even worse, the property is clearly not up to code. There are serious safety concerns that have been pointed out by multiple residents, but management just shrugs it off. I have lived at meadow ridge since 2016 and it has been an over all well experience. I have put in countless work orders since being here and every single one of them is handled the day after or the day after that. Not to mention i find the maintenance men here to be very kind. They got up and gave me a window unit in the middle of the night. They didnt have to do that. The spoiled and privileged individual complaining on here obviously has no idea how the real world works. there's what over 140 apartments in that complex and two maintenance men How in the world are they supposed to handle everything the second it gets called in??? Manager is good. Maintenance is always on it. And leasing agent is pretty cool too. I like the place.

Do NOT move here. Your safety and well being is not taken seriously. Recently there has been someone vandalizing and trying to break into the vehicles on the property. Talking to the apartment managers did not help. I inquired when they would fix the gates to avoid this happening and they said they have no intention on fixing it. I then inquired if they could get an officer to patrol and she basically told me to kick rocks. It’s incredibly disappointing.

Staff here is extremely slow to work on issues. Waited weeks before getting anyone to even come look at the washer and when the ac went out they didn’t come out even tho they claimed they would. It wasn’t until we called and caused a scene that they were willing to help. Do not rent an apartment here
