Meadow Ridge Luxury Apartments

I lived at Meadow Ridge for 3 years, I moved out this past June. Overall it was a fantastic experience, our apartment was very spacious, beautiful, and felt like home. I never had a problem with the management like some others mentioned in their reviews. First some of the positives - their maintenance team is extremely efficient, anytime I submitted a ticket someone came either the same day or next day to address my concerns. The pool and the community lounge was another amazing highlight, I missed that pool a lot this summer. The gym is small but still a great amenity, I used to run on the treadmills in the gym frequently. I’ve been living in the apartment complex for five years and I currently still live in complex. The apartment complex itself is a nice complex. Plus, walls are pretty thick, which is a bonus! However, their manager Anita is Extremely rude. Her demeanor is very aggressive. She doesn’t care to listen to anything that you have to say. Its a very beautiful complex, it’s sad and ashamed that they have someone trashy running it. It shines a negative light on the complex they should bring somebody more professional and warming. If it wasn’t for the manager, it would be a Rated completely differently

Hands down Meadow Ridge is one of the best places to live. The management staff right down to the maintenance staff. Due to my need to be closer to the city is the only reason I’m leaving. I wish I could pack up the management and maintenance staff. A special shout out to Enedia and Edwin.

This place is a nightmare. This has been said repeatedly in the reviews but cannot be overstated - management is awful. They are passive aggressive, they communicate poorly. They do not have their residents' best interest at heart and they will actively make things difficult for their residents. The location sucks, especially now that the main bridge leading to the interstate is down. I would urge anyone considering this complex to spend the extra money to live literally anywhere else. You get less than what you pay for with this place.

My lease was not renewed and under new management my checks were lost on 3 occasions. Srated getting violation fees for having items in or garage. I even purchased a storage unit and continued to get fees. We started looking for another apartment and by the end of the lease we gave the apartment up. When we went to look for another place to live we found out they took an eviction out on us and we weren't in the apartment. We will be going to court to fight this.
