Meadow Ridge Apartments

I remember when Vaughn Towers was built. The facility was clean and neat and organized but over the years, The facility has gone down especially with cleanliness and the atmosphere due to all the smoking. There are signs stating '" smoke free facility" but it's not. Even throughout the building, there's smoking, and the outside on the grounds are cigarette butts and trash, and dog poop. Those in the office are not very friendly at all.

Well you move in a nasty place and then you lease run out and you don’t sign a piece of paper saying you are moving you paid him $500 for moving out. I would never live back in theses apartments again I rather sleep on the street and be homeless before I live in that apartment ever again Ty and move in at your own risk

Can't wait for my lease to be up. Dont give permission for them to go in your apartment. They ate my chocolate ice cream out of my fridge. Who does that?

resident here for over seven years. favorable comment for the most part, however; management has been un-responsive, indeed downright evasive, in re recent changes in payment methods. new system put in place in re rent,water bill payment. repeated inquiries have been ignored. am confident on site manager is well aware of said inquiries made by myself and several other residents. on site manager has deliberately not responded to the inquiries. recently, a new payment process was distributed to all residents via printed memo on apartment doors. on several occasions, I have personally made inquiries at the office, located at 2600 Denton Rd.; dothan,al. office receptionist refused to provide amplification of the memo. only response given: "They" had directed that all residents were to enroll

My wife and I are current residents of Meadow Ridge and let me just say I would never recommend this complex to anyone. Ever. The management and maintenance doesn’t want to provide you in a comfortable living area, the just want your money. My unit has been in and out since May 17th. And they were in no hurry to fix it, and whenever they came they always “patched” something up. It would work, but then go right back out. Do not rent from here. The buildings are old, but they recently renovated the outside but should have been updating appliances and other things that actually matters to a tenant. They just simply don’t care. I even withheld my rent and for a week and she told me if I didn’t like it here then I could turn in the keys and pat forfeit fee which 3 times the rent. Why not just f
