I am acquiring a Home Equity Line of Credit for an investment property I'm buying and the bank I'm working with requires a random Current Market Analysis (CMA) be performed on my house which will receive the lien, at my expense of course. Prior to the request of the random CMA by the bank I had already acquired a CMA from my realtor which put my home's value between $580k to $615k mostly due to a 5 bedroom 4 bath home 2 doors down from me which sold for $639k in June (my home is a 4 bedroom 3 bath, but much larger garage, larger lot, and solar panels, among other items such as hard surface counter tops).
