My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Jackson Simison of McMurray & Members in the search for our new home. Jackson’s knowledge of the real estate market and purchasing process certainly made it easy for us in our house hunt. Jackson often was a step ahead in anticipating our questions and requests. For example, we had an appointment set up to view several houses. Late afternoon the day before, I saw a brand new listing pop up on Zillow. When I called him about this house, he told me he had already arranged for us to view it the next day because he knew we would want to see it. Tyler Kinney is outstanding. My wife and I initially began our purchasing process with what we thought was a particular type of home, in a particular area of Fort Myers. We were out of state buyers with very little knowledge of the area. Tyler was very patient with us and extremely helpful as we diverted and bought a new home that was completely different (and in a different area) than our initial preference. Tyler was also there from the first house he showed us, through closing day on the home that we contracted sight unseen. I highly recommend Tyler and we will be calling on him in the future, whether for a round of golf or to purchase another property. 5 stars for sure.
