Horrible experience delay after delay almost lost my down payment on house due to contract expiration if had not gotten extension by sellers due to MCM unable to get mortgage done on time. Poor communication from Stephen the manager and Mike the owner, I went with another lender who got deal done to close us… stay away from these guys shady shady shady…Never apologized for using the wrong appraisal company, then when they got appraisal done a second time left the wrong mortgage company name on appraisal which should had been caught by internal quality control but was caught by underwriter same day as CTC was to be issued. Then when I spoke to owner Mike he tells me it’s my fault cause I insisted on submitting paperwork to a third party lender I absolutely had no intact with at the time of
