I purchased my dream home and while I am overall very happy with the house that I purchased there were and are several issues and concerns that Craig Delano should have shared with me, instead he made the conscious decision of ensuring that I was not fully informed. Frankly, I feel like Craig took advantage of me by acting as both mine and the seller’s realtor and I would never recommend him to someone looking to buy or sell a home.
