Adding to the below review: A couple of days ago we found water coming out of our vented range hood that was installed by MCG . This happened after a significant rain on Sunday. I texted Steven Boatright, our renovation project manager, about the issue. He responded immediately with a text and phone call. After learning the details of the leak he contacted the roofers who installed the roof vent to get them to check it out. At 8:30am the next morning, we awoke to the roofer inspecting and replacing shingles and the roof vent. Robert also came by to check on the vent hood itself to make sure all the water was gone and there was no damage. All under warranty!!
