Extremely happy with Jadeck Home Inspections. I was able to schedule our home inspection quickly and easily. Our inspector, Rich, was great. Very thorough, friendly, knowledgeable and prompt. Had the inspection done in early afternoon and got the report that night. Rich was also available and happy to answer follow-up questions. Highly recommend Rich and Jadeck.

This company was very easy to work with. We were able to book an inspection quickly. The inspector was good and seemed very thorough. We were not able to be there for the end of the inspection it he made himself available for a phone conversation later to go over any questions we had. We had a lot of questions! He patiently addressed every one and gave us additional local knowledge that was helpful. He did not do the crwlspce due to lack of access height, but did recommend aloha foundations for a follow up rawlspace inspection, which was free. Really good service from this team.

Rich from Jadeck was referred to us by our realtor. He was incredibly quick in getting our inspection done when we had a time crunch, and even connected us with an electrician Jeff Hamilton who was quick to do a simple fix needed for our electrical panel. The inspection was very prompt, reasonable, and professional. HIGHLY recommended!!
