Dawn is an amazing real estate agent. Trying to purchase a property long distance is a challenge but Dawn kept us informed of any and all properties the moment they came on the market. I often awoke to a text from Dawn of a new property. Her Facetime walkthroughs were so helpful. She never pushed us to make a decision on a property, but patiently allowed us to work through what was important to us. Once we found the perfect place, Dawn spearheaded negotiating with the previous owners. She even noticed and addressed the leak in the wall which no one else had seen. John has been amazing to work with on our new property and home build on Amelia Island. He has been attentive, responsive, and he really works collaboratively to understand and match a family's needs to the available options. In addition, during the construction phase he went above and beyond to help on the ground while we were out of state and resolve and coordinate many challenges faced during a build process. He is very gracious with his clients, and we appreciate him very much.
