I rented from Matt for 1 year during my grad school. He was very nice and on top of any issues I texted him about. Also when I was touring the place he offered me peace of mind, as a woman about to live alone, that the apartment building was safe enough that his own daughter lived in a unit there. Overall, Matt was a great landlord to have and if I didn’t leave Oswego I would’ve kept him as my landlord.

I rented from Matt for one year. The property was extremely affordable and well maintained. The neighborhood is very calm and quiet. He is an attentive and responsive landlord, and has graciously offered to be a reference for my rental applications. I highly recommend renting from him!

Matt is a wonderful landlord with beautiful rental properties. The apartments are well kept both internally and externally. He is willing to let you in when you lock yourself out on your way to work on a cold snowy day 😅 By far, the best landlord in Oswego! You will be happy renting from Matt.
