Amber, the manager goes out of her way and makes sure to resolve any issues you may have. Funny story but I accidentally flushed my keys down the toilet haha, and the property manager had maintenance on the spot, and keys were retrieved within 20 minute!!! Great staff!

The first time I called Amber the property manager and she is the best.it was so delightful to talk to her and was informative of the apartments that were available. I filled out my rental application and from there I was accepted. I am so thrilled to have a beautiful, clean apartment. I am so thrilled to be at Eastpointe. The neighbors welcomed me with open arms. I have to say Amber is one of the greatest property managers I have ever met.

I moved into Eastpointe Apartment last month with my children and we are so pleased. The apartment manager was so helpful through the entire process which made transition for my children a positive experience. Our neighbors are terrific and we have had no issues. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a place to live.

I've been living here for almost 2 years. The property manager, Amber, is the best! Reliable, professional, friendly, and quick to answer if you call. Its peaceful, quiet, affordable and a quick walk to the plaza. I would 100% recommend this apartment complex.

I have been a tenant got almost 5 years now. I’m so thankful to have Amber Gibson working so hard to make this place bloom into something beautiful. I have never had an issue with help or work on or around my apartment. She takes time and listens to people and definitely always gets the job done.
