CAC Management Specialist

I recently received eviction papers from my landlord's attorney, stating that I was thousands of dollars behind on my rent, because Becky had taken the rent that I was instructed to give to her each month, and pocketing it, instead of giving it to the landlord. Fortunately, I had my bank money order receipts, to show the landlord the money orders had been made out and cashed by CAC Rental Management. Not cool, Becky!

As a renter I am very disappointed with the level of service, maintenance, and communication by CAC Management. Renters/Owners beware; this company is only interested in collecting your money. They will not followup with tenant should they need assistance and in fact are bothered by any interference to their schedules outside of business hours. I had issues with my rental and had to get the owner involved from out of state after many months to get the repairs completed. Was also told by the owner that they often took a long time to mail out the rent to her and sometimes the checks even bounced. By this I mean, I made my rent out to CAC, CAC cashed the check, took their sweet time to mail it to my landlord and then would bounce checks.

CAC is an amazing rent office I have never had a better experience. I recently moved back into town and was in need of an apartment soon it was as simple as calling and before I knew it I was all set up with a new apartment all within a few days time Becky is the most persistent and hard working person i could meet as well as kind and understanding of any situation . To me that means alot being a mom and wanting security for my family. In my opinion I would recommend CAC management to anyone especial family's!!!!!

Used for our rental property in Fulton, NY. She was cashing checks form the renters but not remitting the funds to us. We didn't find out until after letting her go and trying to evict the renter who then provided payment stubs showing payments to her. Definitely do not use.

I agree with what the person who commented before me. I would give zero stars if I could. House was falling apart (there were a few things broken here and there when I went to visit the place. They said they would have it fixed before I moved in. Not.) I didn't have heat for a few weeks in the Oswego winter. You can call a million times and they won't pick up. I was told I could move in a certain date I didn't move in until a month later because they never picked up my calls and gave me my key to move in. To get things done you actually had to call the person who owned the house. Just awful.
