First Impressions, really really friendly until you're in. Then when you realize that, you as might as well behave like a robot if not you can get threaten to get kicked out for the most insignificant of things. The little gym is kept clean, I give them that and....that's it.

I’m always apprehensive about living on base since they moved to civilian management years ago. But Corvais was outstanding. Only had one maintenance issue in 2 years and it was resolved swiftly. They are transparent and very professional. Have no reasons to not recommend them.

My family and I lived at Seymour Johnson Air Force base for 3 years. Our plans were to leave Texas and arrive in North Carolina on the Friday prior to Labor Day. As you know plans change when traveling by car, moving truck, 2 adults, 2 kids and a dog. Unfortunately, we didn’t make it Friday so we had to stay in TLF on base until Corvias reopened after the holiday. That gave us time to become acquainted with the base and our surroundings. We did drive to see the house we would be moving into and the rest of the neighborhood. The neighborhood was very clean, quiet, and pretty much opened space. I liked the fact that we went around the neighborhood at different times of the day to see what if it like that all the time while it was but I would say it varied in regards to kids being out and a

This housing experience has been amazing. This was our first base house and both my husband and I have loved living here. The Corvias staff is very helpful and professional. The maintenance guys are awesome! We only had a few maintenance requests to call in and when we did they were taken care of ASAP. The move-in was easy and took very little effort. The move-out process was even easier. They have an amazing new pool and community center with nice playgrounds surrounding the area. I have always felt safe here and enjoyed being able to walk to the commissary/bx or shopette if needed. The medical clinic is also within walking distance. If you are on the fence about whether or not to move onto SJAFB base housing, give it a shot! I would highly recommend to friends and family.
