Mayfair At Carrollton

We have moved in from Atlanta 4 months ago and have nothing but positive experiences. Almost every month there is a great event for residents. The value for money is unparalleled. Highly recommend for families.

The Mayfair was home to me for a few years and in those few years I learned a lot. The maintenance team was fantastic, they always handled things quickly and efficiently. However, charging $1,430 for a one bedroom apartment after the first year is genuinely absurd. The rent continuously went up without there being any sort of renovations or accommodations in place. You’d think that if you’re paying that much every month (or $1500 if you have a month to month lease) that there would be some sort of gate or security cameras to keep residents safe, but nope! Just lock your cars and hope for the best! Not to mention the amount of roaches that ate crawling in this place. Having to deal with them from the time it got warm until it started to get cold again was a nightmare I wouldn’t wish on anyb

I lived at Mayfair for two years. Susie, the manager, was always nice and respectful-- I enjoyed every conversation I had with her. The complex is VERY quiet, and I would have to say I enjoyed that the most. I hardly ever had a maintenance issue but when I did, it was fixed within the week. It can be expensive, but I will say that it's 100% worth it. If I didn't move to another city, I would have definitely renewed my lease.

I put in a report when I say they came right on and fix the problem in a timely manner thank you so much the maintenance guy was very nice the lady in the front office is always nice from day one thanks again for everything

I recently moved in and have been here a few months. I absolutely love this place. Maintenance and office staff are so friendly and responsive to requests. My kids really enjoy being near the greenbelt and having the playground on site. I used to have such a hard time with my packages at my old apartment but the Amazon Locker is amazing. Even during the pandemic they are so supportive and really am glad I chose this place. The office manager Susie is wonderful, she worked with me to do all my paperwork and get everything sorted even when I couldn't come in person.
