Highly recommend if you're looking to reduce your property taxes. Last year we originally tried to go through the process ourselves, as they state on the Value Adjustment Board website and that experience was miserable and got us nowhere. The Value Adjustment Board didn't respond to our phone calls or emails and even after paying the $15 fee to dispute the taxes in person, it took them 6 months to even respond back to us with a date.
