Maxwell Apartments, The

I loved living there at the Maxwell Danny is the MAINTENANCE and his wife is the property manager. Both Make a fantastic duo. Of course, all apartments have technical issues, But the turnaround time for fixes are IMMACULATE .. Communication is KEY when living here .

I have lived at many apartment complexes during my time in downtown Indianapolis, and I’ve never encountered a better experience with the maintenance team than I have here at the Maxwell. I want to give a bulk of the credit specifically to Danny Marcano. He is quick to respond, very detailed on explaining what needs to be done, and never leaves until the job is completed. He is also great to interact with outside of business hours when our paths cross in the building. Thank you for everything Danny, I appreciate you!

I can say nothing but good about Richard W. and Shekia W. I moved my mother into these apartments because I’m bicoastal purely outside of the beautiful layout, high vaulted ceilings, the art deco style with lot of modern mix, spacious bedrooms, and common living space but the energy of Richard when we applied. His persistency and determination to give 5 diamond services to each and every applicant which continues as one because a resident of the Maxwell. Living in Los Angeles majority of the time due to work Richard and Shekia have been extremely communicative and supportive with making my mom feel at home. The common residential space clean to passing my white glove inspection. Friendly neighbors even though I can be in a bit of a haste! Nice gym setup and area you can block off to entert

I am a resident at this building. They are responding like I am not. This is the worst apartment complex ever. Something is always broken every other day. Mold issues, water not running and always a smell of Marijuana in the building at all times. The new manager is very rude. Save yourself the stress and don’t come here.
