Set up a date and time to see a property…. Im a medical professional, they’re aware of my schedule, I have an 800 credit, etc but nobody showed up. Talked with the residents living there and they said the place was rented out last week. Maxima never answered my follow up calls. Unaware, unprofessional, would not recommend this group.

I wish I could give them a zero star review.. they are HORRBILE property management. Avoid this company at all costs. It is impossible to get anyone on the phone, they just make you leave a message and decide if they are ever going to respond back to you. Within 2 weeks of moving into my rental property we had some maintenance issues, after calling them 10x they finally said they were sending someone out at a certain time and TWO TIMES in a row they never showed up on us. No phone call, no rescheduling, just did not show up. Now I am dealing with a water leak in my AC which is clearly an emergency situation.. Horrible play to stay property manager is like a slum lord For the first Through months I stayed there I was being harassed just because I had company over literally . Walls are too close. As a Realtor with over 40 years of real estate I expected much better service from Catherine from Maxima. She negotiated a 3 week lease for us at a property in Lauderdale by the Sea. Unfortunately, she didn’t have the authority to do so. She then found a rental house for us that looked great from the photos. When we asked to see it in person several times, she always had an excuse why it wouldn’t be possible. We signed the lease for it based on the pictures. She finally let us “peek” in the rear yard only to find that the landscaping had been removed, pool was dirty and in need of resurfacing and all the decks (which were to be restained) were gone!
