Edited based on their response, we are simply trying to be fair and honest to future sellers. Matt and Kim tried to sell our home a few months ago. We ended up finishing our 6-month contract and moving onto another agent, who had our house under contract within 6 days of re-listing at the same price. We had the floors redone as well, as continuing to drop the price was not working. It is a tough market, so we do not blame them for the difficulty selling and that is not what this review will be about. The biggest problem was in how we felt they treated us. The majority of their fairly limited communication focused on our neighbors’ yard (they were remodeling their patio and have dogs who are very sweet but can bark) and blamed this factor for the lack of offers.
