WARNING: Do NOT rent from this company! I personally know someone who has been a tenant here for years, always paying rent on time. Recently, their A/C went out in the middle of summer, and instead of fixing it, management told them to buy window units and to use their rent money to cover the cost. This company does not maintain their properties they only care about collecting rent. They act like slumlords, profiting off government programs while neglecting their tenants. If you’re considering renting here, think twice you can absolutely find better. I have emails and text messages that show exactly how they treat renters, and I’m more than willing to share them.

I wouldn’t even recommend my damn dog due to the unprofessional service, phone etiquette, and just plan old rudeness. I don’t even know this lady and I just called to inquire about a place and she had an attitude so bad that I just said you know what have a great day and I disconnected the call immediately. I mean if you have to be that unprofessional and rude I definitely wouldn’t want you as a landlord! Maybe she had a bad day idk but never will I give her any of my earnings!

It’s ridiculous how unprofessional and rude people are. I called and said “hello how are you today” the lady that answered the phone paused ... finally responding “ well I’m fine what do you need” I said well I did want to now if you had any 3 bedrooms available... she then says “call Friday, I’m evicting a lot of people “ I will not be contacting her again! Learn how to speak to people ! Greet them!

Super nice ladies! Got us in our place quickly & gave us a new king size bed! Just fallow the rules! Everything will go amazing. 💯

The lady that answered the phone was unprofessional i asked her what are the requirements she said pay the rent if people are allowed to talk to you in that manner then i can imagine how they treat their tenants no thank you ill keep looking my daughter told me how the lady spoke to her very unprofessional if the owners are okay with her talking to people that want to rent from them then that speaks volumes on how this business is ran
